Well, my friends. It has been about 8 months since I last wrote in this journal. Or put anything up. My scanner is currently broken, so the art work that I DO have will have to wait. In the meantime, I put up some of the pictures from my engagement shoot. So now you can see my wonderful fiancee. His name is Tyler. Oh yeah. We've been dating since last summer. (Hence the reason for the lack of art and contact.) And we are getting married May 23rd, 2009 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Pretty exciting. I know. So I guess until I can figure out how to fix my scanner or buy a new one, these will have to do!

I hope everyone is well. I recently started checking this on a daily basis again.(yay!) And if it comes down to it, I will take pictures with our fancy new camera until I can make my electronics work.

It's cold and snowy here in Utah. I hope Spring comes SOON!

So, I haven't updated this in a really long time, and I thought maybe it was a good idea to do so.
I made a new account, but I haven't actually transferred everything over there yet. Because I'm busy...or lazy.
I finished school for the semester, so I'm just working now. And I have been working on a few things...but the ones that are actually good I have used a DA reference for, and I want to post original things...I just need one to turn out post-worth. But I'm working on it!
So I have 6 years of school left...I didn't realize until this year how grateful I am for summer vacations...I get really burned out during the year. I don't know how I am going to survive medical school - They don't have much of a vacation. But it's only 4 years, right?
So, my life consists of work and play right now....I swim a lot, and try to go rock climbing at least once a week. I'm trying to find a new job, because mine sucks...I need something that pays more so that I can actually save money! It's really a dang shame that I'm not a kid anymore...I used to always wonder why adults told me to enjoy being a kid, and how they wished they were a kid again. I don't wonder anymore.
But, this is my life now. I have lots of time to practice and get better! Hopefully there will be some new work up soon.

Ok, so there is a deviant, , who is claiming that I have stolen her art. An interesting little issue, since she is my ex boyfriend's ex,(yeah...interesting little connection, right?) and loves to try to cause drama with me, even though I live a thousand miles away from her. If you look through my deviations, I always give credit if I use a reference, and I make sure to say that it wasn't my original idea. Stupid little girls....That said, when I reported the slander to dA, they refused to deal with the issue, even though she has attempted it many times, which is why i decided to let you know that you are free to look through my gallery to see for yourself. If I had stolen her art the other times she has tried this, I'm sure I would have been banned by now. So thanks, Erin, for giving my site some publicity, and allowing your fans to see what a lying idiot you are. =]

That aside...
Whew, school and work are kicking my trash, let me just tell ya.
I have been beyond busy, so i haven't really posted much. I am working on a new anatomy study, with the help of the comments on my old one, so that should be up soon, along with a few drawings i have yet to finish. On a sadder note, though...my guitar was stolen from my apartment. Its especially sad because I've had it for over 17 years. But I guess that means I have an excuse to buy a new one. I may be switching my dA to a new account, though, once my subscription is up. And, I've been seeing someone. So overall, my life is really really good, just busy. I hope you are all doing well!

So, lets see. This summer was tons and tons of fun...I did a lot. I took a couple of road trips...one to disneyland with the roommates, cause none of us had ever been, and then one to MT, CA, NV, and OR with the family. I got to see my best friend back in Oregon, and most of my mom's family, so it was pretty nice.
I just started school again, so I am pretty excited about that. No rugby this semester though....I have too much to do. I was working full time piercing ears at a jewelry place, but I quit, so I am currently unemployed. I am taking 12 credits this semester, so that should keep me pretty busy.
Lets see, what else is going on....I have 5 new roommates, and they are all amazing. Its so much fun living with a bunch of girls. I've been going to a lot of parties, and hanging out with a bunch of people. I've decided that I don't really want a boyfriend, so I have just been dating and having fun!
Life has been keeping me pretty busy, so I haven't really done any drawings lately, but hopefully with things slowing down a little bit i will have more time to do so. We'll see what happens. =]
